Your family’s privacy matters

This policy explains how PandaKiKi handles information when families use the website. Last updated: 6 October 2026.

Information we collect

  • Parent account information, such as name and email address.
  • Child-profile information chosen by the parent, such as nickname, primary level, school, optional class and avatar.
  • Practice activity, answers, mistakes, assignments, points and progress.
  • Basic technical and usage information needed for security, analytics and reliable operation.

Why we use it

  • To provide accounts, child profiles and parent controls.
  • To save progress and help children retry mistakes.
  • To provide assignments, reports, points and optional rankings.
  • To secure, maintain and improve PandaKiKi.
  • To respond to support and privacy requests.

Service providers

PandaKiKi uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for website hosting, Google for optional sign-in and Google Analytics for website measurement. These providers process information according to their services and safeguards.

Sharing and public information

We do not sell personal information. If weekly ranking is enabled, a child’s nickname, avatar, primary level, optional class, school and score may appear in the relevant ranking. Parents can opt out in the Parent Area.

Retention and security

We keep information only while it is reasonably needed to provide the service or meet legal and security requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Parents may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by emailing contact@pandakiki.com. Some information may be retained where reasonably required for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
